Machines

Originally, the earliest form of pinball consisted of a box containing nails ("pins") and compartments for scoring. This manual version of the game was akin to indoor adaptations of popular garden bowling games (such as ground billiards, croquet, and golf) which date back to the 1500s. The invention and patenting of the spring plunger + playfield bells in 1971 marked a significant advancement in gaming technology, paving the way for the introduction of solid-state games in the mid-1970s.

At Pinbug, we have a passion for pinball and are dedicated to sharing the history of this captivating game. Our collection includes machines ranging from the 1970s to contemporary high-tech models. See our current inventory of pinball machines below!
